Quality & Safeguarding

Quality & Safeguarding

Safe, respectful support is built into everyday practice: screened and trained workers, clear consent, protected privacy and simple ways to speak up. See how we keep standards high and what to do if something is not right. We follow the NDIS Practice Standards and treat every concern as a chance to make support better.

Quality & Safeguarding

NDIS quality and safeguarding in everyday practice

Quality and safeguarding work best when dignity, privacy, consent, participant voice and clear accountability reinforce one another. This page brings together the standards participants should expect and the feedback, complaint and concern pathways available when something needs attention. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly on 1800 035 544. Learn about your NDIS rights or report a concern through our dedicated pathway.
