What it can look like

Still deciding?

For example, many people compare a few providers before choosing. You are welcome to ask us the same questions you ask others: availability, workers, prices and how we handle feedback.

  1. 1 Ask us a question
  2. 2 Compare providers freely
  3. 3 No obligation to decide

Example only. The right arrangement depends on the participant’s goals, circumstances, funding where relevant, suitability, availability and what Bright Heart Co can confirm.

Your choices: Frequently Asked Questions

Tell the team what makes information easier to understand and what helps you feel comfortable participating in decisions.

You may prefer written information, more time, a chosen supporter or a different way of communicating. Ask about the options before agreeing to an arrangement. A participant’s preferences should remain visible throughout planning and review.

Scope, funding and availability: Frequently Asked Questions

A service description does not confirm that the support is funded or available for a particular person.

The proposed support needs to fit the participant’s plan, the agreed service scope and the provider’s current capacity. Ask how charges, travel, scheduling and cancellations will be handled. Confirm the arrangement before booking or making a commitment.
