Areas We Serve

Areas We Serve

From our base in Coopers Plains, we support participants across Brisbane and surrounding communities. Please let us know your suburb and the support you need, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help and, where possible, when. Where we cannot help directly, we will try to point you toward someone who can.

Areas We Serve

Areas we serve: NDIS support across Brisbane

Bright Heart Co provides support across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Moreton Bay. Gold Coast enquiries are also welcome, with services arranged according to participant needs, suitable worker availability, travel and scheduling. Share the suburb, preferred days or times and any important access or communication needs so we can give a clear answer about current availability before you commit. Explore our NDIS supports or contact our Brisbane team to check service availability.

Areas we serve

Check availability for your exact location

Bright Heart Co’s service area is Brisbane and surrounding communities. Availability depends on the suburb, support required, visit length, travel arrangements and suitable staffing. A nearby suburb does not automatically mean a particular shift is available.

  • Your suburb and usual support location.
  • Preferred days, times and frequency.
  • Accessibility, travel and worker-skill requirements.

How it works

Planning practical travel arrangements

Travel can affect the start time, duration and cost of a service.

Before agreeing to a schedule, ask how travel is handled, whether transport is included and what happens if the destination changes.

  • Confirm the starting location and destination.
  • Separate support time from any agreed travel charge.
  • Review changes to locations before the next visit.

Any proposed provider travel charge needs to be permitted by the current NDIS rules and agreed with you in advance. Ask whether it would be paid from your plan and how it is calculated. See current NDIS pricing guidance.

Our promise

What you can expect

A clear yes, no or not yet

You hear plainly whether we can help now, later or not at all.

Travel explained

Any travel costs we may charge are discussed before you agree to anything. We also confirm how distance, timing and location affect whether a regular schedule is practical.

Alternatives

If we cannot help, we point you to other options where possible. We explain what we can and cannot offer rather than leaving you waiting without a clear answer.

Safety & quality

Safety, privacy and your voice

You can ask questions about privacy, raise a concern or request help communicating what matters to you.

Share only information that is relevant to your enquiry. If a situation involves immediate danger, use an emergency pathway rather than a website form. For non-emergency feedback, explain what happened and the outcome you would like.

Everyday support

Getting support where you live

Bright Heart Co is based in Coopers Plains and supports participants across Brisbane and surrounding communities. Travel time, worker location and the timing of support all shape what we can offer in each suburb.

  1. 1 Southside suburbs close to our Coopers Plains office
  2. 2 Inner Brisbane and surrounding communities, subject to availability
  3. 3 Community activities and appointments across the wider area
  4. 4 Ask for travel arrangements to be explained before support begins

Service-area example

An example

What this can look like

For example, a participant living south of the city might want support at home three mornings a week and help travelling to a community class on Saturdays. We would confirm the suburb, travel and worker availability first, then agree a schedule that works.

  1. 1 Coverage confirmed before anything is agreed
  2. 2 Travel and timing explained clearly
  3. 3 Support planned around your week

Example only. The right arrangement depends on the participant’s goals, circumstances, funding where relevant, suitability, availability and what Bright Heart Co can confirm.
