Frequently asked questions

Your questions about Bright Heart Co

Find clear answers about NDIS support in Brisbane, referrals, funding and availability. Select a question below to see the answer.

01What support does Bright Heart Co provide?

Bright Heart Co provides personalised NDIS support in Brisbane, shaped around your goals, routines and choices. Explore Assistance with Personal Activities, Household Tasks, Community Participation, Group & Centre Activities, Life Skills Development, Short Term Respite, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Transport Assistance.

The right combination depends on your needs. You might want help with a morning routine, practical skills at home or joining an activity. A service description does not confirm funding or availability. Contact us to discuss suitability, your plan where relevant, staffing requirements and current capacity before agreeing on support.

02How do I make a referral?

Contact Bright Heart Co through our referral form, by phone or email, or by requesting a callback. Participants, families, carers and support coordinators can enquire about NDIS support in Brisbane. If you are referring someone else, respect their consent and explain how they want to be involved.

Useful starting information includes the participant’s suburb, preferred contact method, goals and the support being considered. You do not need to settle every detail first. A referral begins a conversation; it does not confirm a booking. We discuss suitability, funding, worker requirements and availability before proposing an arrangement.

03Can family members or carers contact you?

Yes. Families, carers and trusted representatives can contact Bright Heart Co about NDIS support in Brisbane and possible next steps. The participant’s goals, consent and choices remain central. Let us know who they want involved and the role each person should have.

You can explain routines, communication preferences or what has changed recently. Ask about options that help the participant take part, such as a chosen supporter or questions in writing. Begin with your general enquiry; the team will explain what information and consent are needed before discussing an individual situation.

04Do you support NDIS participants?

Yes. Bright Heart Co is a registered NDIS provider, registration number 2196997. We provide NDIS support in Brisbane for NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants, subject to suitability, relevant funding, our service scope and capacity. The official register independently lists our approved registration groups.

The NDIS guide to plan management options explains who pays providers and manages records. Ask about proposed charges, travel, schedules, cancellations and service agreements before deciding. Website information does not establish that your plan funds a service; confirm funding details with the people managing your plan before committing.

05How do I provide feedback or make a complaint?

Give feedback to Bright Heart Co through our feedback form, by email or by phone. Explain your concern and preferred contact method. You may involve someone you trust. Our Feedback & Complaints and Report a Concern pages explain the available contact pathways.

You can raise concerns about NDIS support in Brisbane directly with us or contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544. You do not have to rely only on a provider’s internal process. Ask how the concern will be handled and how you will be kept informed. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000.

06Where is NDIS support available in Brisbane?

Bright Heart Co is based in Coopers Plains, providing NDIS support in Brisbane and surrounding communities. Contact us about your suburb and the support you need. Our service-area page gives an overview; availability for each request must be confirmed.

Location, timing, travel and worker requirements affect which arrangement is practical. Please let us know where visits or activities would take place and any access or communication needs. Ask how travel charges and schedule changes would work before agreeing. A listed suburb or region does not guarantee that every service is immediately available.

07What happens in the first conversation?

Your first conversation with Bright Heart Co starts with your goals and what matters to you. You may be exploring NDIS support in Brisbane for yourself or helping someone else enquire. Bring questions about routines, activities, your suburb, preferred contact method and relevant funding.

You can include a family member, carer, support coordinator or trusted person of your choice. We discuss suitability, worker requirements and availability before you decide. Ask about services, schedules, charges, responsibilities and reviews. Read Your First Conversation and Funding & Fees beforehand if helpful, and take time to consider the next step.
