Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the whole website with a keyboard?

The website is designed for keyboard use. Press Tab to move through links, menus, buttons and form fields, Enter to activate links and buttons, and Escape to close menus. A visible focus outline shows where you are, and a “Skip to main content” link appears first.

Can I stop the moving hero images and animations?

Yes. The home slideshow has a pause button, and if your device is set to reduce motion, slideshows and animations stop automatically.

Can I make the text bigger?

Yes. You can zoom in or increase your browser’s text size, and pages are designed to reflow into a single column. If anything is cut off, please let us know.

Can I obtain information in another format?

Ask what formats can be provided, including plain language, large print or a phone conversation. You are welcome to bring an interpreter you trust, or a family member who can help to translate. Easy Read availability needs to be checked with the team.

What should I do if something is hard to use?

Please let us know the page and what happened by phone or email. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within one business day and discuss another way to access the information while the barrier is reviewed.

For accessibility enquiries call 0433 723 511, Mon–Fri: 9:00am–5:00pm. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within one business day. Ask about plain-language summaries or another usable format; availability is checked individually. Keep a private copy of long answers if useful. Typed text is kept after a form error, but a page reload or a submission without JavaScript may not keep it.
