Ready to explore support? Please let us know what you are looking for, your suburb and how you would like us to contact you. You do not need every detail finalised; we will guide you through the next steps. Choose an enquiry, a referral or a callback, whichever feels easiest for you or the person you support.

Get Support

Get support in Brisbane with a clear first step

To get support from Bright Heart Co in Brisbane, begin with what you know: the support you are exploring, your goals, location, timing, plan or funding context, and any communication or accessibility needs. The Support Enquiry pathway is designed to help clarify practical fit, current availability and a next step without pressuring you to decide immediately. You can also request a callback or make a referral.

Your goals

You do not need a perfect plan before you contact us

Start with what you know. We can clarify the support need, referral details, timing, funding questions and next steps during the conversation, without expecting you to arrive with a perfect plan.

Get Support

Get support through four clear stages

A clear process reduces uncertainty and helps both sides decide whether the arrangement is appropriate.

Get Support

Initial conversation

We gather enough information to understand the request, goals, location, timing and immediate considerations.

Not sure where this fits in your plan?

Our team can discuss it with you, your family or your support coordinator. There is no obligation, and we use plain language.

02

Fit & assessment

We consider service scope, availability, worker matching, relevant risks and what additional information is needed.

03

Agreement & setup

Service arrangements, funding details, communication expectations and relevant documentation are confirmed.

04

Start, review & adjust

Support begins with agreed routines and is reviewed as the participant’s goals or circumstances change.

How it works

Make the service arrangement easier to understand

We can discuss the support request in the context of your plan and how it is managed. You remain responsible for checking that supports are appropriate for your plan and circumstances. Before you get support, read the official NDIS overview for general information about eligibility, plans and funded supports.

01

Plan-managed

We can work with the relevant plan manager and provide the information needed for agreed services.

02

Self-managed

Clear service information and invoicing help you manage your own arrangements.

03

NDIA-managed

Availability depends on Bright Heart Co’s registration scope and the support being requested.

Get Support

Clarity protects both the participant and the provider

A service agreement should help you understand what is being provided, how services are scheduled, what you can expect and how changes or concerns are handled.

01

Services

Ask which pathway matches what you need: an enquiry, a referral or a callback. The team can explain the services in plain language before an arrangement is confirmed.

02

Schedule

Send a short enquiry, referral or callback request so the team can check timing, availability and the next step.

03

Costs

If it helps you decide, ask for the proposed costs or service limits in writing. Ask the team to explain any charges in plain language before an arrangement is confirmed.

04

Rights

Tell the team how you prefer information to be explained and whether a chosen supporter should be involved with your consent. Ask what can be arranged before you proceed.

Safety & quality

You should know how to ask questions, raise concerns and make complaints

Speaking up should not reduce the quality of support you receive.

Be treated with dignity

Respect, privacy, culture, communication and personal preferences matter. Please let us know about accessibility or cultural preferences that should shape the first conversation.

Be involved in decisions

You should understand your options and be supported to express preferences and choices.

Raise concerns safely

Feedback, complaints and reportable concerns should have clear pathways and appropriate follow-up.

What it can look like

What happens after you ask

For example, you send a short request on Tuesday; we call you back, discuss what you need, check availability in your suburb and agree whether to arrange a first conversation.

  1. 1 A callback from our team
  2. 2 Availability checked honestly
  3. 3 Next step agreed with you

Example only. The right arrangement depends on the participant’s goals, circumstances, funding where relevant, suitability, availability and what Bright Heart Co can confirm.
